Welcome to my educational leadership portfolio!
 
My portfolio documents my personal and professional growth as I participate in the online educational leadership add-on certification program offered through the University of Georgia. This program delivered through WebCT format allows professional educators to add an L-5 leadership endorsement to their educator certificate upon successful completion of program requirements.  
 
As required by the program, this website will document activities, experiences, and reflections that enhance my knowledge of school improvement and educational leadership.
